Cancellation of Order

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched upto 7 days from receipt (see return policy ) Our terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.

Availability

All items shown are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if the items you’ve ordered are not available, by email.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from Lavenders, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase, providing you return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and in the original undamaged packaging.

PLEASE NOTE .We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once we have received the item. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. All items are checked before dispatch.
