Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option, we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
Missed Delivery
We will leave a card explaining that our chosen carrier has attempted to deliver your goods and that you should arrange an alternative delivery time. You will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for re-delivery. The carrier's number can be found on the card. If You do not contact the carrier, they will automatically attempt to re-deliver, usually the next day.
